This place is COOL!!! If you like a good rumage- this is your place. The day I went everything was "negotiable". A ton of beautiful oriental rugs; art. The very back is a bit cray. But I found an original, fairly well known, artist signed piece of art. $5!!!

This is a long time coming, about 7 years ago I had a timepiece I did not want to part with but really needed the money to pay my car insurance and phone bill. I was a full time student working about a day a week, catering for a temp agency.
The owner, gave me the exact amount I asked, did not try to haggle with me or treat me like the poor person I was. He had a family member with him who was also VERY nice. These are very good people. I believe the best way to go check out all the cool stuff in the shop is to contact him first.
He has quite the eclectic mix of antiques, nice quality items, not the items you may see in some.
I am planning to contact him tomorrow and I hope I can, hence me finally reviewing Bacon Antiques. I cannot believe I did not do this sooner.
Go check him out, or his items, I believe he is taken.

This fat slob is a cross between the comic book guy and one of John Goodman's crazy characters. So I walk in like 1 pm, the door is open and the owner is talking with someone else. I walked around for what little I could. The shop is something out of a hoarders episode where I am worried that everything is going to fall on me. Nothing is marked for prices, and I am not even sure what the deal is. So clearly annoyed the owner said he was leaving, and so I responded oh, when are you open again. And like a stupid jack ass he said were appointment only there is a sign on the door. No there isn't....
