“For full disclosure, I’ve had countless problems with my Palisade over the 5 years I’ve had it. That said, the saving grace has been the service department, and specifically Dane Morissette. He has gone above and beyond every time, without fail. With each issue I’ve had, I can count on him to ensure I am taken care of. He has worked to ensure my costs have been covered under my warranty, and even had another unknown issue handled without an additional charge prior to picking up my vehicle. He alone is the reason I haven’t sold my vehicle, and he alone is the reason I will drive to Hartford rather than the Hyundai dealer down the street for service. I can’t recommend him, and Lia Service department enough!”
“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you to Vanessa and everyone at Brookfield for taking car of me and my car!!”
“The service of the vehicle was done well, fast and efficient.
It was our first time there, no one told us where to go in the building and we were told to get out of the way by one of your service people.
Your service people left grease on our floor mat.
Hunter spent time with us regarding a Bluetooth issue and he was great, however, he was supposed to have someone contact us concerning the issue, never heard back.
Overall, not excellent.”

“I was really in a bind... My rear shock basically disintegrated, but I was able to drive to the service department at Liberty Mazda in Hartford, CT. I showed up with no appointment and the technician told me they were booked solid for the day. However, they were able to fit me in to at least inspect my car. They had to order parts, which would take a day to receive. They offered me a complimentary Lyft service to my home. Luckily a loaner became available and they Lyfted me back to Liberty Mazda to receive it. They fixed my car the next day. It's very frustrating when your car breaks down, but I found this a very hassle-free and pleasant experience. Thank you Liberty Mazda!”
“AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. I give Friendly and Miguel my highest recommendation.”

“My car had been hit requiring body repairs and a rental car - Angelo went above and beyond in not only getting estimates on time, but also with coordinating with the other party’s insurance adjuster and even dropped me off at the rental car company. He treats you like family and takes pride in what he does, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and the entire process of car repajr was made much less stressful. Would recommend him and his shop highly to anyone who needs Autobody work done.”
“Action was recommended to me from my Principal for window tint on my new SUV. My SUV is black and I got the darkest tint legal and it looks BEAUTIFUL! They were very friendly and the work is flawless! They even called me when it was d one and offered to detail my car for half price since I had just gotten my car tinted, and it was spotless. Highly recommend! Gonna bring back my other car and have a remote starter put in and the windows tinted.”
“My BMW got hit the day before Christmas Eve and I went to get a quote from a body shop closer to me and was given the runaround. So I thought of Ledyard Auto Body, called them up and was told to bring my car right on over. They took one look at my vehicle and despite how busy they were they told me they would get me right in in less than a week so that I can have my car as soon as possible. The finished product was incredibly impressive as it looked like my car just came off the show room floor. I was thrilled to see how beautiful of a job they did. I can’t thank you guys enough and how much I appreciate your attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm to fix my car. Look no further they are truly THE BEST!!!”

“The team over at Hartford Auto Body LLC treated me like family when my front bumper rusted and fell off due to the flash flood over the summer. Being female student from out of state, working with the guys at HAB was such a refreshing experience.They came out to assess the damage to my car and guided me on how to correct it, even letting me borrow their tools (because I wanted to fix it myself). This kind of hospitality is something I'm used to in small towns but never yet in the city. 10/10 would recommend going to Hartford Auto Body for small-town, trustworthy feel and results you can trust. “Family decided to take our car here after a minor accident and from the moment of walking in, was treated with nothing but respect from all the staff. The young man behind the counter, the older gentleman (forgot their names) and the manager Mario. Was sat down immediately to get my paperwork started and it was a pleasant experience from there on out. Mario took detailed photos of my car, kept me constantly in the loop with part orders, a part being on back order, when to expect my car and answered all my questions with a positive attitude. The paint was an exact match to the rest of the car. Even though I came close to closing time to pickup my car, I didn't feel like I was rushed or a burden to them when taking a close up look at the repaired panels and my car was detailed inside and out. We took our Altima here about 8 years ago and just had our Mazda 3 repaired with them. The quality of repair, the level of customer service, and the clear communication every step of the way without any lies is why I will continue to be a customer during my unfortunate moments.”

“Great resource for exhaust parts, catalyst, resonators, Y-pipes, mufflers, high flow performance parts.. I hate doing exhaust work but having a good resource for parts makes at least the acquisition side of the job easier.”
