Take multiple payments from my credit card. Once I received after one month and call I’m getting runaround to get my money back. I don’t recommend using your credit card to make a payment.

Had the last straw with AllGas today. Their billing system is byzantine. Their customer service people are rude. They are utterly indifferent and unresponsive to emergency needs. Not recommended, stay away -- far, far away.

terrible service in any way you can imagine. overprice for propane and add endless fees for everything. old equipment and even the delivery guys have to work with old and mostly not working equipment. took them 5 hours for a propane delivery on side 9just a refill). no service or respond at all.

All-Gas installed a 500 gallon underground tank for our all house generator. Scott was our primary contact - he quoted the job and acted as project manager. He was polite, professional and easy to work with... and he always responded quickly to calls and texts. His installation crew were pleasant and clearly very competent. The job went well. I would use All-Gas for any future projects.

All Gas turned out to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I use propane for an emergency generator, on only 2 occasions I needed propane because the power was out and the generator was running for days, All Gas said they would do deliveries but each time they did not show for days, so I switched companies that's when i was ripped off by All Gas, they charged me $150 for labor and $99 to drive their truck to my home and pick up their own equipment, no other companies charge to pick up their own tanks, I checked, David from the company called and argued with me about switching companies which is why I believe i got the bogus charges and had the propane i was returning basically stolen..unprofessional to say the least , do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for you Gas or propane

NoGas that what they should be call. 3 weeks trying to get my tank filled. Next move call them to tell them get the tank out of here. I'll get someone else here that wants business.

If you think you will get quick service from this company, that is completely wrong. When you call them to check your status of you order, they act like they don't even care. If you can look for another company.

Went down today to get a gas cylinder for my new Kegerator and they were super nice and welcoming!! Wish I caught the gentleman’s name but I must say he was knowledgeable straight to the point and very helpful! Their showroom was very nice and well laid out. I will certainly be using these guys as my source going forward!! Well done gents. I recommend these guys to friends and family all day long!Edit: on a second note I walked in ten minutes before closing and there was no rush or haste to get me out the door. Thank you

Kim Bui, the Director of Laboratory & QA/QC is the best person ever to work with. She is super nice and always helpful - pleasure to work with. She is super knowledgeable - gives great advice. She is flexible, accommodating, and provides fast and reliable service. I have been working with Kim for now over 3 years - and consistently she has been providing great service.

If you're looking for a company that does a good job of supplying propane - then This is NOT and I repeat not the company you want to use. All gas will gouge you at every chance they get. The hit me for the highest price on gas at every opportunity. The cost for any maintenance- I found out what more than twice the regular price but because I was leasing my tank from them - I had no choice but to use them . Horrible company - stay away .PS - I strongly recommend "Fire House" out of Burlington, Ct.

THE SALES REP AT THE COUNTER TRY CHARGING ME $218 FOR A 20CU FT NITROGEN TANK. I WAS ABLE TO GET A 40CU FT TANK FOR $178 AT AIRGAS.

Went to buy a 5 lb CO2 tank. Good service. Nice price. Everyone was friendly. HOWEVER, none of the staff were wearing masks, and they were not physical distancing. If I was not wearing an N95 mask, I would not return to the store.

I have been a customer with All Gas for several years and have never had an issue with them. Everyone in the company from the people who installed our tank, inspected our gas line and all the people in customer service have been wonderful. They deliver gas when they will and are friendly while doing it. The customer service reps that answer the phone are all friendly and courteous. I can’t say anything bad about this company! Good service is hard to find these days - I highly recommend All Gas.

My only experience with this company was when we bought our new house and we had to deal with them because they contracted with the previous owners for a single propane tank. When I called them to get an understanding of the contract/service they had outdated information. They didn't seem to want to work to keep us as their customer. They figured it was easy money. Total contrast to State Line Oil in Granby who had a rep come out to explain the contract and the equipment and what we would be getting if we stuck with them. I decided they earned our business. I called All Gas back to tell them we had their tank disconnected and asked if they could come pick it up. The rep on the phone, Sandy?, was incredibly rude. Told me she had no idea when they could get it. And gave me a nasty attitude when I said can you give me a timeframe? I'm pretty sure she was the same woman I talked to who gave me misinformation about the records as well. Really miserable woman. I asked to be sent over to a manager when I called back and she somehow picked up the phone when they patched me through. She wasn't the manager. In reality when I talked to another rep she told me they pick the tanks up at their convenience when they are in the area. If I had been told that to begin with without attitude it wouldn't have been a problem. It took them two months to pick up the tank. And then they had the nerve to charge me for it. Had they made an effort like State Line maybe they'd still have a paying customer instead of someone who would highly recommend people go elsewhere for propane/gas needs.
