I never complained about anything it’s not in my dna , but I am tired of this company. Filling up the-gas tank with out permission at the end of the winter so they can charge me for high prices knowing prices are lower in the summer they do this an I’m sure this is against the law and I am tired of it so I filed a consumer report against them enough is enough. They no what they are doing .

They are the highest priced Propane Dealer. I was quoted 2.99 as a prebuy 800 gallons. I sent them a link showing a dealer charging 1.99 a gallon. The billing paperwork is very poor.

David did a great job coming to our home explaining the process and giving me all the options. They coordinated the install of the two propane tanks with the team installing my generator. I have a wonderful app that shows me my current tank level that is also shared with them for auto refill. I am looking forward to the piece of mind of having a generator with a reliable propane source of fuel. The install team was super flexible with me during the install and worked around my schedule flawlessly. Thanks again to Dave and the team at All Gas!

We used All Gas for our propane pool heater install. Dave was our point person, he was professional and easily accessible with any questions or concerns. Barry installed the propane tank and connections. Barry was professional, personable and did a really great job. We use All Gas for our fireplace and never had any issues with them. Would recommend all gas to anyone who needs a supplier.

Dont ever do business with them, they charge you for services you never agreed to and if you do decide to cancel their services, they charge you for that

Terrible company to deal with. Even after being a loyal customer for years. Paying thousands and thousands of dollars every winter. They will send a small invoice to collections 5 days before autopay is deducted without any warning or a conversation to clarify. Absolutely ridiculous.

Take multiple payments from my credit card. Once I received after one month and call I’m getting runaround to get my money back. I don’t recommend using your credit card to make a payment.

Had the last straw with AllGas today. Their billing system is byzantine. Their customer service people are rude. They are utterly indifferent and unresponsive to emergency needs. Not recommended, stay away -- far, far away.

terrible service in any way you can imagine. overprice for propane and add endless fees for everything. old equipment and even the delivery guys have to work with old and mostly not working equipment. took them 5 hours for a propane delivery on side 9just a refill). no service or respond at all.

If you think you will get quick service from this company, that is completely wrong. When you call them to check your status of you order, they act like they don't even care. If you can look for another company.

All-Gas installed a 500 gallon underground tank for our all house generator. Scott was our primary contact - he quoted the job and acted as project manager. He was polite, professional and easy to work with... and he always responded quickly to calls and texts. His installation crew were pleasant and clearly very competent. The job went well. I would use All-Gas for any future projects.
