Thoroughly dismayed. I had to sell a vehicle I knew nothing about from an estate. I brought it to this garage for a pre-sale inspection. Was told their were a few repairs, but otherwise it was a nice little truck. The purchaser was told the same thing by this garage. She bought the truck, took it to a garage where she lived for those repairs and was informed the chassis was totally rotted out. I brought it to a another garage today for another inspection believing that Hampton Hill could not have been wrong. Was told about and allowed to see the complete rusted out rot on the undercarriage and the danger of driving the vehicle. SHAME on Hampton Hill for never fully inspecting this vehicle like they should have ..the damage is completely obvious. This vehicle is for scrap only! It is not repairable!

This team is AWESOME! I own a business and have 4 diesel Sprinter vans that need both regular maintenance and repairs. These guys understand the importance of getting things done right the first time, and repairing things timely to minimize downtime. They really are fantastic, great communicators, and do what they say! I would refer anyone to them, don’t hesitate to call them!

My car broke down a mile from this shop and I’d never been in Hampton, only passed through. John the owner was so nice to me . I ended up having to get a ride, and staying for a while at the shop. He repeatedly tried to get me food, or drive me somewhere close.
Did great work on the car, and was charged a fair price. Good place to get stranded near.

John is hands down the best mechanic in CT! His son as well. They are very professional and have very fair prices. I’ve had multiple repairs and work done on my 03 accord here and one of the repairs fixed my rough idle without even asking for it! It was in for a different issue! They also hand scrubbed my EGR/intake during my EGR replacement. (See pictures) these guys are the real deal and are the only people I trust to work on my Hondas. Now that I have a new Civic I’m taking it to them to for ATF and oil maintenance. Cannot recommend them enough.

We were staying at a nearby campgrounds and a bearing went bad in my old Subaru. These guys had us up and running again in 24 hours for a very reasonable price. In addition, they were very friendly and polite. You can trust this garage.

I brought my van in from out of town, and they fixed the oil pressure valve and replaced the brake pads (among a few other smaller fixes/replacements) within a day! Fast, complete, reliable service. They explained everything clearly and were super nice. Overall, really positive experience!

I've been to many shops and this place is by far the most thorough, cleanest, neatest and most respectful shop around. The care they give the customers and vehicles, regardless to what you bring in really made me comfortable with bringing my trucks here. John, Mike and Kevin have so much knowledge and really want to help the people get the job done correctly the 1st time. They check, DOUBLE check, & TRIPLE check to make sure it's done right the FIRST time. All the technicians here take pride in the work they do and that's important to me.
