I've only used the atm, so I can't comment on the customer service. Atm is well lit and need card to get in lobby door after hours. Plenty of parking as it's a full shopping center with lots of other stores. Easy in and out dixwell ave, conveniently located to parkway exit 60. This bank also has a drive tbru.

Always understaffed, they have two tellers when there's 4-6 customers, people can't wait indefinitely, they have things to do, places to go, etc. They have a teller working the drive thru window and the desk at the same time, they should have one person at the window and another at the desk. This is getting ridiculous.
