What the hell is wrong with the management of this branch? Service is ultra slow and inefficient

I've only used the atm, so I can't comment on the customer service. Atm is well lit and need card to get in lobby door after hours. Plenty of parking as it's a full shopping center with lots of other stores. Easy in and out dixwell ave, conveniently located to parkway exit 60. This bank also has a drive tbru.

Yeah y’all need to check the white lady that works here because she’s racist and has a bad attitude problem. Next time she gives me a hard time its going to be a major problem. Keep it professional or get a new job
