Unfortunately they seem to be a barely functional pharmacy now. Out of stock of common drugs. When asked to transfer to CVS they were unable to in an appropriate time. Best best is to go with one of the CVS on dixwell. I think they are just very understaffed but it very much shows.

Why is there Never anyone at the register when I come in the evenings??!!! You look up and down the aisles for staff and no one. You knock on the staff door and No one. WTF!!

Parking lot is a hot mess. Drive thru has gotten a bit better. The store is clean and well stocked. Staff are helpful and kind.

Usually fine if you shop there in person (one employee - I think her name is Svetlana- is especially friendly and helpful) though they often seem understaffed. Good luck placing an order for pickup or delivery. I’ve tried on several occasions and my orders are almost always canceled, even when something is in stock.

The customer service here gets worse by the day. I am a long time customer of the pharmacy and have tried to be patient about decreased hours, longer lines, etc. during the recent "workforce shortage", but enough is enough. I had surgery yesterday and am still waiting for my pain meds subscriptions to be filled 24 hours later! When you call, the automated system runs you in circles. When you are finally able to get it to "connect" you to the pharmacy, no one answers the phone. I'm looking for basic pain management here, but what do people do when they can't get life-saving medication? I'm all done with this place.

Pharmacy is much improved from all these older reviews. Completely different staff etc. Give them another try. I'm very happy with this Walgreens!

I have nothing but great things to say about Nick the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs. They are always helpful and accomodating to my needs and schedule. A+ customer service!

Visited them to see of they have at home covid test. They did not disappoint. Also received both vaccine shots at this location.

This pharmacy is incompetent. I have been calling for 4 days to refill a prescription, I am traveling tomorrow, And they have the wrong Doctor, I could have called the doctor, and I did. I have no idea if it will be refilled in time. They are horrible.

Was called, told to come pick up my scripts.. upon arrival to the window 2.5 hrs AFTER the call, I'm told my scripts ARE NOT READY yet and to come back in 45 minutes!
This Walgreens is NOTORIOUS for things like this.
I attempted to return an item I'd purchased (WITH the receipt) and was told by the manager of the shift, the item was too expensive for them to refund my money.. and REFUSED to accept the return!
