Pharmacy attended Kim made a very disgusting comment on her opinion, which wasn’t necessary and should honestly not talk to people in customers like that. Also cannot tell someone what medication is better for someone if they have no knowledge of their conditions was unable to also get the pharmacy prescription as well so I canceled the whole pharmacy will never go back to this pharmacy. Kim was her name a blonde lady should watch her mouth next time she takes care of people when she wasn’t even the one taking care of me and also cutting off, her coworkers is not very respectful

Pick any other pharmacy. They do not answer the phone so dont bother holding. You have to go in person. Even after driving over there one employee will tell you they will fill your rx and to come back later. Fast forward to later and a different employee will then inform you they have been out of that medication for weeks and dont know when it will be back. Of course in order to check if its back in stock youll have to drive over there because you know no phones...

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE. VERY RUDE WORKERS!!! My toddler had a very bad rash and was prescribed an ointment that was supposed to be ready immediately but took them FIVE DAYS. It would have taken them longer if I didn’t go back and call them a billion times! The bald manager is very racist and the girl at the reception has a VERY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do not go to this location for your prescription or medical needs. Hold time forever will hang up on you every single time religiously and they say it's the system, bunch of bullshit bc everyone HAS THE SAME ISSUE check all the reviews. The customer service is non existent and if you need anything filled don't count on it and hope it's not a life or death situation bc you definitely will not get it when you need it from of all the false promises of when it'll be ready.

Will tell you when your prescription will be ready, when you call to verify it’s ready the day they said it would be, they will tell you that it will be ready on a new date. They also will not contact you to let you know when your medicine will not be ready by the fill date.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME** Medicine is never ready to be picked up. I had to come back twice (24h apart) for a medicine "to be filled up" just to ask me to come back again because it wasn't ready. not doing this again. Do yourself a favor and just change to the CVS next door. Your welcome in advanced.

This is the worst pharmacy in Hamden. I've been calling the past two days to speak about a very important medication that needed to be filled and kept getting hung up on and remaining on hold for almost half hour. Customer service there needs to absolutely be improved. Switched pharmacies because I am done there.

my husband here basically everyday. He is always greeted with a smile and the service is great. It's part of his daily routine he needs that red-bull to start his day and to make sure Scorpion Transportation is provide the best service for his clients.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Only reason I'm using them is because I'm forced to by my insurance. I used CVS across the street and had zero issues. This pharmacy is consistently slow, doesn't fill orders until you have to tell them to do it, and constantly out of stock. I understand the stocking issue may not be all on them. I shouldn't have to call them or go in person to get my prescription started all the time.If your insurance allows you to not use this Walgreens, please do not.

Not surprised at all this place has 0 stars. Take notes. Dropped off film in December, worker was eating her food while telling me what to fill out and didn't seem engaged at all. Never heard back called 2 weeks later and was told it still wasn't there. Came back now and was told the film was lost and there's nothing they can do about it. Employees all catch an attitude with you and forget you're the customer. Only one supervisor new decent customer service and tried to work with me. Avoid this walgreen at all costs, they don't know customer service and have an attitude when you call them out on their faults.

I normally don't review places like this but do not go to this Walgreens. Horrible employees. Ordered a Same Day photo book. Continued to call because it was never updated. I was told numerous times " I don't know" and "it'll be ready in an hour." Got a call 3 days later saying the machine was broken. Why didn't they tell me that days ago?? I got some day because it was time sensitive.

Zero stars. Scheduled a drive through Covid test a week in advance and drove 40 minutes to get there. The pharmacy drive through window was closed with a sign saying pharmacist not in and the lights were off. I called to tell them I was there for my appointment and was on hold for 30 minutes and then the line disconnected. I was not about to go in due to the pandemic and the email said drive through and there were no signs telling people otherwise. So you have to wait a week for an appointment and there isn't a drive through, I guess they expect people to go in but they don't tell you that. Had to leave and reschedule another hard to book test at another location that has drive through testing.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been in. Bums and other sketchy people hang out by the door and in the lot, staff does nothing about it. Not a safe place. Pharmacy staff is rude and uncaring. Wait times are long, especially in the drive through. Trying to contact pharmacy by phone is a nightmare. When they bother to answer the phone, expect to be put on hold for upwards of 20 minutes or more. I've contacted the District manager several times, yet no improvement. I now drive across town to one of the other Walgreens for better service and safety. There's a CVS across the street... better step up your game, Walgreens!

I've been on hold with the pharmacy for about an hour the first time it was 22 minutes and then they hung up on me. Called right back now I've been on hold for 21 minutes. I am Calling about my son's epi pen this isn't a joke. I am Disgusted by their lack of attentiveness. I have Read many comments similar, so I am assured this isn't just a me problem. I will Find another pharmacy.
