The old lady with the white braids is rude and unprofessional. The only reason I didn't respond to her the same way she speak to me is because she's old. Find better people to do this job, people who aren't frustrated.

The service out of this place blows! Tracking alerts show package deliveries at any hour of the day or night and they never show up. Case investigator follows up once, can’t give you EXACT delivery location with GPS and says he’ll follow up and never calls you back. Joe Biden must be running this branch or delivering my mail these days !!!!

Signs say they open at 8:00am. At 8:20 there was a line out the door and they still hadn’t started helping people yet.

Front teller was very rude and not helpful at all. I went there to send an application to fix an error on my daughter's passport and all her respons were short and rude. First and last time I come to this location.

I went to this office last week. And I checked how many stamps I could put on an envelope that had an embroidered fabric that I wanted to send to Miami FL. The very kind staff told me there were 3. And I gave it to him so he could place it in the appropriate container. I am already in the following week and I went to the Port Chester office to ask how they could help me track the envelope. And they told me that without a tracking number it was impossible. I just had to wait, but if at the time I took the envelope they had advised me this wouldn't be happening. My name is Nancy Tanaka and I urge that this envelope arrive in Miami. If you can help me with anything I will thank you.

I went for a passport appointment a little early and was told to wait in the lobby, then called back in at my appointment time. My passport photo I had with me didn’t meet the requirements but the woman at the front desk (with a gorgeous silk press) told me politely and quickly took a new photo of me. She took a great picture and even complimented me. She explained the process and wait times associated thoroughly and effectively and made sure I understood each part. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The older lady with glasses who works in front, today, November 29, has behaved very rudely by not wanting to let me down. I have a one-month-old baby and today I came with prior support for my 10-year-old daughter's passport and I arrived 5 minutes later, because I took the wrong address and went to another email, he didn't let me explain and he told me I won't help you out of a very bad temper and turned around turning his back on me. I stayed with my two daughters there. The worst thing is that my daughter missed half a day of class. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE SERVING CUSTOMERS IF THEY HAVE NO EDUCATION. I FEEL RACISM ON THE PART OF THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE I AM LATINA, I REALIZED BECAUSE WITH THE AMERICANS HE WAS VERY SMILE AND TREAT THEM VERY WELL. ONCE AGAIN DESCRIMINATED IN HAMDEN
