1359 Dixwell Ave, Hamden“Enjoyed my lucky finds of pottery on my birthday and found some great hoodies for my son but passed on the painting that I’m regretting still! I hope someone scooped it up!”
“Cute!! Tons of bottles & some cool colored (low stemmed) champagne glasses. I came here expecting ALOT of different kinds of objects and was impressed with the snacks and glassware :) they do have a food section & idk this tickled my fancy. Also pink glass is hard to find & I didn't buy any today but quite a bit of it here!!”
“Hands down the best goodwill in Connecticut. The donation process was very easy, employees answered every question I asked and they were all very polite. After I donated I took the time to walk around and everything was in good condition. I will be coming back :)”
“This thrift store is amazing. The prices are fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. I had a great time with the ladies that work there. I highly recommend this thrift store.”
“Reasonably priced vintage market. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and found exactly what I wanted. You have the staples like jackets, dresses, and shoes- but you also can find handkerchiefs with hand crocheted edges, aprons, dishware, accessories. There's also a few new items to purchase- fun stickers and earrings to name a few.I bought several cute aprons that just tie around the waist. They were functional as well as fashionable- with pockets and dish towels sewn in. I think they were hand made. Just incredible.”
“I brought a broken dining room chair which was part of an expensive set we purchased a couple of years ago. They fixed it and it looked wonderful. Very satisfied and impressed with their work . Nice people also.”
“I found the jumper of my dreams, I am so happy!! :) I discovered them rather by accident and wasn't expecting to be this positively surprised. Virginia and Eva are such lovely people, I find their hands on attitude regarding opening a cool thrift shop & community space very inspiring. Also love their social media game. All the best!!”

155 Meadow St, Branford“Such a cute store! The furniture annex is full of lamp shades and picture frames, with good prices. Over on the bric-a-brac and clothing side, the store is adorable but with narrow aisles. Given that the aisles were too small for me to comfortably squeeze down, I figured the sparkly and enticing clothing selection would also run too small and didn't put effort into browsing it. Prices are higher than Goodwill but lower than antique stores, so I feel I got an incredible bargain on my pair of metal owls and paid a modest, bargain-ish price for my shell mirror. Staff is nice, store smells delicious -- it's worth finding it hidden down by the train station for the furniture annex and jewelry alone.”

61 Amity Rd # 4, New Haven“I liked this store. It's a true thrift store with actual thrift store prices. OK selection of clothes, I managed to find a vintage mid-length leather coat that looked like it was straight from the 70s! Great find! But if you're looking for housewares this is the place. A lot of items are stacked on top of one another, dig deep, you never know what you'll find.As I already mentioned fair prices and the employees aren't afraid to make a decision on their own if there's not a tag on things.Happy hunting!”
9AM - 8PM
305 Boston Post Rd, Orange“Very clean! Aisles were very well maintained
It is a small location though. Had lots of great bags!
Wish it was bigger,
Staff was very nice and patient with me!”
“My dad basically comes here every week- that's not an exaggeration lol. It is a great place to get used furniture, fixtures, lights, so many items that get donated and are for sale. Great selection week by week. If you want it you need to buy it before it's gone!”
“The people at Goodwill were really helpful when I arrived with a car load full of things to donate. The donation center is on the side and there is parking right in front of the door. A staff member brought over a cart and helped me unload. They did not take a container store closet organizer because they "had no was to display it."they took everything else. Easy experience.”
10AM - 9PM
130 Boston Post Rd, Orange“Every time I go there for something particular they usually have it. They have upscale clothes, furs, upscale shoes. And then they have your usual household stuff that you probably can't find anywhere. So just loose shades at a great price. Go on Tuesdays and it's senior citizen day. They have handicap parking. The staff there is wonderful. Always willing to help. If you walk into savers chances are you will walk out with many things.”
9AM - 7PM
1712 Boston Post Rd, Milford“Everything is fine except that the clothes are used and even if they are brand name it is no longer worth it, they put it at 4.99 also the same as the other shirts”
9AM - 8PM
1145 N Colony Rd, Wallingford“I truly love this store…. Because I recently had the pleasure of meeting Matthew the manager. He was so polite and kind to my mother who has a speech disability. ( it’s not the easiest to understand her ) he didn’t realize how much he made her happy. It is because of people like him. I continue to have faith in humanity. We will definitely be coming back and I will tell everyone I know of what a wonderful store and manager the Wallingford goodwill has. Kindness goes along way.”
“I actually like the new location a lot better than the old location. I find while it is smaller it has higher quality stuff. It is also cleaner and better labeled and organized. Parking is WAY better and has better parking. I found a pair of $199 Sony speakers to update my 5.1 surround sound that was yellow tagged today (Sunday) and I ended up paying $11 even with rounding up for donation and tax!
I brought it home and they work well.”
