It’s always a pleasure to shop at my hometown Staples in Hamden, CT. The customer service representatives are always helpful and polite. The store is always neat, clean and the merchandise is well organized, making it easy to find what I’m looking for. Great store ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visit Staples often for their reasonably priced merchandise, their helpful services such as recycling and shredding, their friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff! They carry everything one needs for a home and work office at the right price.

My only nitpick is not with the specific store but with corporate that forces you to buy online and ship to store if you want the lowest price. If you see a price for the store and you try to buy in person it always cost more. Honestly I think others stores do this as well but this store has helpful employees so I found what I needed and it has easy parking so 5 stars.

Exceptional customer service from the Print Center - shout out to Dennis and the other associate for being so empathetic, helpful, patient, and kind towards my family. I came in last minute to order a big print of my late grandmother and programs for her memorial service and Dennis and the other associate were very kind to rush the order so we can get the products sooner. They were extremely patient and I'm so grateful for them, especially during this time. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable in the Print Department and I'm sure he is a valuable asset to Staples!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had ordered from their printing center and went to pick up. They have their Amazon drop off and all other shipping services at the copy print center without differentiating services needed.I waited in line for AN HOUR while there were 2 people working behind the desk. All to just pick up materials I had ordered and paid for online.Maybe have all online pickups, printing or otherwise, at the online order pickup counter!

Dennis at the ship station was kind, efficient, and friendly! I had three returns to make and they were processed quickly, without delay, and with a smile. A++ experience.

The store was fairly well stocked and clean. The staff was helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the selection was not what it was pre pandemic.I was looking for one particular item and unfortunately they did not have it in stock. I will try another location.

Melissa in Print Services who works the morning shift is INCREDIBLE!!! Her customer service skills and her ability to go above and beyond is amazing. She is very helpful every time I use the print services and she is efficient!!

I rely on Staples to have paper and ink cartridges when I need them. They had a whole bunch of 952 HP cartridge boxes on the shelf making it look like they could sell me one. They had zero in stock! Then why keep the pretend product on the shelf? They would not let me purchase the individual cartridges at the package rate. I need my ink and I have relied on Staples for 15 years.I waited and waited and waited for the girl at the register to find somebody who can make a decision even though the decision turned out to be no they could not sell me the desired ink even though their display look like they had lots of the product.

I don’t believe in giving bad reviews. I believe in highlighting all the positive out of negative situations. What saved the day for my visit was the employee named Melissa. There were many customers in line and she maintained a positive attitude, tried to attend to everyone, multitasked very well, and even stopped frustrated customers from leaving. She was doing all the work alone. Her coworker was not helping and was disrespectful to her (in front of customers). Melissa maintained professionalism at all times. This woman is an asset to your company and should have a management position in my opinion. Thank you Melissa, you deserve many kudos !!!!!

The young lady was very helpful. She was attentive to our self-service needs. It wasn't a lot of people in the store. Because we used the self-service copiers there wasn't a wait, even when we had to switch to another copier. My experiences have always been pleasant thus far. I'm usually able to find what I need.
