“We did a ton of research when looking for the right daycare for our 1 year old son. Sunshine Preschool came highly recommended. Once we took a tour we were sold. Our son has been apart of Sunshine daycare for a year now and it has been an amazing transition. The preschool uses an app to communicate the events of your child day via photos and videos. You can also utilize the app to have real time communication to the teachers and administrators. Monthly calendar are sent home outlining holidays, events and learning objectives. The staff seems to thoroughly enjoy what they do, and it reflects on how they care for the kids.”
“Miss Kim is a loving, kind and caring individual. She is so helpful in any situation and she is a genuine person. I would recommend this daycare as it’s always clean and well organized. Truly a God send to the community. Keep loving on those kids!!”

“My grandson's attend Carrot Patch and look forward to attending "school." They are loved, nurtured, given so many opportunities for fun learning and exploration. They are given so many opportunities to play outdoors within the context of what Mother Nature provides, which include digging in dirt, finding what lives in dirt, making a mini water stream, playing in leaves and just doing what children love to do. Academia is encouraged with fun activities, plus music and art. The kid's enjoy seeing staff and friends. Curiosity is welcomed and supported. I know that my grand son's parents so appreciate Carrot Patch staff and knowing the boy's are well nurtured and safe through the day. Thank you Carrot Patch staff!”

“We felt so lucky to be part of this wonderful community! Not only is the school beautiful, well lit, and inviting, but my kids loved working with the nature based materials. All three of my children are so different, but the teachers were so amazing at understanding and working with their different personalities and learning styles. I loved that the director was always visible and available, but clearly knew each child in the school. As busy working parents, it was also such a bonus to have healthy and tasty chef made meals and snacks from their gourmet kitchen! And to know my kids ate it and enjoyed it! The kids stayed through kindergarten and that was the best decision we made. I feel so thankful for our time there and we still talk about alphabet! We miss our alphabet family!”

“We are a better family for the love and support that we've gotten for our kid and our family through Alphabet and its amazing teachers.The teachers and admin staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. Every aspect of the classroom is thought out and adjusted to the students. We've so often felt that we had the full and sole attention of the school, even as our fellow parents felt the same.Every preschool should be as engaged, caring, nurturing, and challenge (in the best way) to kids. We could not more highly recommend a preschool.We often say at home that our son's best teachers might end up being the ones before he even started kindergarten. We love Alphabet Academy.”

“Over the rainbow is a great daycare center! My little one started just a couple of weeks ago and the teachers have really helped ease her in and made her feel comfortable! It is not easy to leave your little one but with their Bright Wheel app, teachers update you everyday on what your little one is up to. Their hours are GREAT for me and my husbands schedule. Their fingerprint system is also great security! Highly recommend for anyone in need of childcare,”

“Both of my children have attended Building Blocks in Hamden. I have never been let down by the staff and teachers there. My children have learned and grown in so many aspects of their lives. The facility is always clean. The teachers care for the children as if they are their own. Special shout out to Ms. Paige and Ms. Agueda (current teachers)! My daughter has come out of her shell with them and LOVES being with them and her classmates!”
