The only place I will go for jewelry or jewelry services. Period. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. Leslie and Doug and everyone who works there are true gems and make any time I go into the store an amazing experience.

I highly recommend Rumanoff's and would encourage anyone to simply walk through their doors to experience the attention they give to their customers. Highly recommend, I recently made a small purchase and the staff was so kind. Kara listened to my needs and was very helpful in finding the perfect piece of jewerly. I was treated the same as if I was making a large purchase. Couldn't be more happy with my experience. Will definitely be going back.

I came to Rumanoff’s three days ago for a jewelry repair after another jeweler had broken the pendant to my necklace and told me that there was no way for him to repair it. This necklace was a Christmas gift and I now had less than two weeks to figure out a way to get it fixed in time before leaving the state for the holidays. I came into Rumanoff’s and spoke with Sue, I told her what had happened and how little time I had to get my necklace repaired and she informed me that they were all booked up for jewelry repairs up until Christmas, but that she would speak to woman doing the repairs and try to fit me in. I got a call this afternoon (three days later!) saying that it was fixed and when I went to pick it up it was so much better than I could’ve expected. I cannot thank Sue and Rumanoff’s enough for their exceptional service and kindness this holiday season. I will definitely be returning in the future!

My wife and I had a terrible time with our previous jewelry store. When we tried Rumanoffs it was like a different world. Jen Patterson is the absolute best in the business. She took us under her wing and every single deadline she promised was met well before the deadline. If you are looking for any jewelry especially engagement rings and wedding bands Jen and Rumanoffs are the best in business by a long shot. We would highly recommended them to anyone as they are the most professional and courteous business out there!

I absolutely Love my custom engagement ring! I was having difficulty trying to find a jeweler who could offer a unique design and a salt & pepper diamond. For nearly 12 years, I have traveled 40 minutes to Rumanoff's for any and all jewelry need. Starting with the experience of shopping for an engagement ring, then bands, and numerous gifts along the way, the family and friends here are friendly, consultative, honest, and passionate experts in what they do. No matter the cost of my purchase, we are always treated with the same amazing experience - frankly, even greeted with the same when we just stop in to "window shop." I have recommended Rumanoff's countless times to friends (in fact have a friend heading there today from Weston!). And here on Yelp, I provide Rumanoff's with the highest recommendation possible. My fiancée and I went to Rumanoffs after having a very bad experience with two other jewelers and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We walked in and met with Jen P. who was fantastic from the start. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about custom jewelry design, but she has impeccable taste and was so helpful with the design of our custom engagement ring. From CAD to the day my fiancée picked up the ring, the entire experience was amazing and Rumanoffs was able to complete the custom ring and custom matching wedding band in under 6 weeks. We also bought a tantalum wedding band and are so happy with that experience as well. We would never go anywhere other than Rumanoffs for our jewelry needs.

I cannot express my gratitude for Jen and the staff at Romanoffs! I am over the moon happy with my wedding ring. She saw the vision I had and made it happen! My original wedding set looks like a whole new ring! Feels like a brand new engagement too!
