“This place is fantastic. We were in luck that they had a van to accommodate our crew, with same day pickup. We we're were rushing, as we needed the vehicle, but he was insisting he needed to detail the vehicle.

“I've had a storage unit at this facility for a few months now. This is by far the best experience I've ever had working with anyone at a storage facility. It's easy to forget the difference that kindness can make and everyone that works here is not only kind but sincere and approachable. They go out of here way to really help folks. Let's be real, if you have a storage unit somewhere chances are you're dealing with a particular situation so it doesn't help to interact with grumpy staff members and passive aggressive customer service, which is usually the case. Not here though. The manager and staff at the Hamden Uhaul approach their job with care and a professionalism that's hard to find and I highly recommend working with them. Logistically, it's also a great facility. It's the cleanest place I've ever stored in, easy to park, load and unload. Carts are always available and the temperature in their new building is perfect if you're storing artwork or other temp-sensitive objects. I hate the burden of a storage unit but I somehow don't mind having one here.”
