I’m absolutely shocked by the negative reviews! My experience with this branch has been nothing short of amazing. Every employee I have ever encountered has been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient & respectful. I was a loyal customer of People’s bank & rode the storm through the transition to M&T Bank. The main reason I stayed is because of Ms. Miriam and the staff she bought over from People’s. My interactions with her & her Team have always made me feel like they were vested in making sure my banking needs were second to none. Keep up the good work Whitney Avenue Branch!

Miriam did not want to help me dealing with car insurance payment that didn't go through. She said hers did and told me to call the # on the back of my card. I was a Peoples customer. She is a lousy employee.

I give five stars to get reader's attention. It would be helpful if reviewers would be more specific in their comments. Was it the person at the drive up window who was the problem, or a teller, or someone at the desk, or ? What about a little more information about what you expected and what they didn't do. If it was a general bad attitude towards you was the matter resolved anyway or not? It would be helpful to someone reading the reviews.

The woman (I believe it was the manger) was absolutely so rude and the service was terrible! I will not be going back here again.

I’d give no stars if not for the nice gentleman I spoke to first. The woman who did my transaction was quite rude from the start and insinuated that I should go elsewhere. Will not be going back to that branch again
