I’m new to the area and gave them a shot. I wasn’t very pleased with my first time but whatever I gave it a second shot cause it happens. And my second time was even worse. Both times the girls doing my eyebrows seemed extremely new and amateur. First They took forever and I was the only person in there. I’m also not very picky and just explained that I needed a clean up, I’m trying to grow my eyes brows out so please don’t thin them. I left with two uneven eyebrows, my left one have a huge space in the middle compared to my right, and thin. Looking at them I was so upset, I just paid and left. But you’re much better off going to Sangini’s in Milford. They’re fast, professional, and never let me down. I’m upset I gave Naz’s a second chance. I will not be returning. Please train your girls.

Very clean, fast service and friendly service. I am very scared going to new places for my eyebrows but I needed something closer I’m glad that I went and I’m happy to say this will be my new place to go to.

The location in Orange/Milford is closed. UGH. I don't like going to New Haven for ANYTHING BUT @ least it's not DEEP into it I guess.

I specifically told the person threading me that I did not want to have my face waxed because it is very sensitive. However, the person proceeds to ask to wax my face and I say not to wax my face, but that it was okay to wax below it. The person ended up waxing my face ignoring all of my requests which lead to bruising. Do not recommend as it is also highly expensive.

I have had my brows threaded here several times and been happy with the clean and natural result. I also recently had my brows tinted for the first time. Being a natural blonde, I was a little anxious about the brows being too dark. I was thrilled with the results!! A light brown that matches exactly what I had imagined.
