I had a bad experience here. I made a 12pm appointment, showed up on time, was told that the associate would “take a look” at my car shortly, and then proceeded to wait 50 minutes while the employee on duty ate popcorn at the front desk and eventually disappeared into the garage for over 25 minutes. All the while, I and a few others listened to blaring infomercials for bladder control medication in the waiting area. I left at 1pm without being helped. Really disappointed with the customer service here and will not be returning.

Great experience. Friendly atmosphere and a “get to work” attitude. They’ll fix what’s wrong and mention things they see here and there, but will never pressure you to get anything done that could be fixed down the road. Also, they work with an online billing company for any payment plans; really saved me a hassle of an 800+ bill that I can pay off at 29$ increments.

The manger did not complete service needed to return car safely to me and had me drive out with only 1 co2 sensor in. Car had to be towwed back. Summer at the front desk was amazing and was able to get me back on the road and help me resolve the issue. Thank you

I schedule an oil change. I actually got there 25 minutes early and Lillian was there to greet me and help me. She was very professional and knew her stuff. She made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and cool. Just off her interaction I will be a regular customer. Thank you Lillian.

I've been to this location multiple times for a variety of services. Oil changes, tire changes/rotations, and even a motor mount change. They've always provided excellent service and make everything easy. I've been recommending this shop to all my friends and relatives. Great mechanics and great customer service.
