I drive 36k miles a year for work. Sometimes an "ouch" happens. I was with friends in Westport and one of them told me about this place, convincing me with the words "thee bessst" . He told me to call and ask for Emo. My friend came with me to drive me back to Westport when I would drop off my car. Emo, the owner came out, he looked at the scratches and said "tell your friend you're all set and he can go." He said hang on, he drove it into the shop. 20 minutes later..... Boom! Scratches were out! I paid and even tipped the guy inside who did it. I was beyond grateful. I was quoted 6x the price in Westport. But it's not about the money really. It's about looking at your, brand new again and saying WOWWW!!!. call and ask for Dom or Steph too. They work with the insurance companies and the hassles they bring.

Automotive 7 team is highly professional. They handled my auto claim very efficiently— as they made the entire process very stress free. From helping me get the rental while they work on my car to actually providing good service, it was overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!!!

The work done was perfect. Everything was smooth and done within the timeframe I was given. I was told to drop off my truck on Monday the day we agreed on, and was told Friday it would be done. I expected my vehicle to be sitting for a few days before they touched it but that wasn’t the case. In and started within 2 hours. Finished a day early with basically a full detail. Did not expect anything this great due to my prior experiences with other places over the last few years. I recommend this place 100/100 times.Positive to this is that they talk to you like a friend and let you know what is going on instead of just a number.Thank you to everyone. Perfect repairs and service.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!Got into a vehicle accident were my car wasn’t even drivable. Automotive 7 came towed my vehicle quickly and got me off the road. Damages were extensive and many parts had to be ordered. That wasn’t a challenge for them.. they ordered my parts, colored matched my paint job perfectly and got me back on the road in no time.Very clean and professional atmosphere, the employees are very welcoming and clear with everything going on. I was fortunate enough to look around the shop and OH MAN wasn’t I blown away. The technology and equipment these guys use are way superior than anyone else. Their paint booth is closed off to perfection and their wrap shop is by far one of the best I’ve seen. Give these guys a shot for any of your automotive requirement.

If you ever find yourself in need of towing service, or your car needs repairs, this would be the best place it could end up! My car was stolen, but was later recovered and picked up by Automotive 7. I am so very grateful to them for the exceptional care they provided us and to our vehicle They made certain that our car was protected from the elements by covering my sunroof with a plastic wrapping! It was stuck opened from the theft. The waiting area is pretty, clean, and comfy. They even had great tasting coffee! Stephanie was not only very pleasant and professional, but extremely kind and empathetic! We felt valued, cared for, and understood. I feel like we won a small lottery with Stephanie. She was truly exceptional! We were so fortunate to have experienced & dealt her, and with the other great group of people that work there. Wish you guys All the Best! Thank you!

Horrible service. My husband got our dodge Challenger wrapped with a stripe & it turned out horrible first of lop sided and curved instead of straight. So we used for it to be removed and once removed we noticed scratches and once we contacted about the scratches he ghosted us and never responds to resolve the issue. If anyone needs pics let me know.

The entire staff here at Automotive 7 is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Emilio is so knowledgeable he makes you feel as if you have known him for years to how comfortable he makes you feel to talk to him and trust me he handles EVERYTHING with wisdom, knowledge and understanding. The ladies at the front desk are so generous, not to mention Destiny who followed up with my rental(thank you ). I traveled all the way from Brooklyn NY just to come to Automotive 7. They gave my car a really nice cleaning, powdering coating, painting a engine bay piece and ceramic coating the whole vehicle. They did such a great job on my wheels that left me speechless because they looked like brand new.They did a fantastic job with everything! I highly recommend to go here. Customer service was genuine. Even tho it’s a 2 hour ride each way for me I would be willing to drive there again. Thank you so much for your service !!!

Great service.They catered to all my needs.Provided a rented vehicle via a renter service business apart from automotive 7.Automotive 7 met me at the car rental place and towed my vehicle to automotive 7 location……. where my vehicle was placed inside a garage for safekeeping.After several weeks, my bumper on my vehicle was placed successfully brand new,as if nothing ever happened.When everything was all set and done, my vehicle was given back to my possession as the way, I’ve given it to them.The employers of automotive 7, were very professional.
