Had a really good experience here! Doug was very attentive to my needs and wants in the purchase of my first vehicle. He answered any questions I had and provided plenty of information. I never felt deceived or slighted. There ended up being a financial discrepancy after the purchase of the vehicle and Doug rectified it swiftly. Many other staff were also helpful and kind.

I bought a car there a couple of years ago. Decided I wanted something bigger, and decided to go back since the first experience was positive. I identified a used car with very low milage, in the size range I was looking for. I went in and told them what I was there to look at. Before they showed me the car, I answered all kinds of finance questions, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was just there to see the car. After about 20 minutes of this, the sales person took the keys to my car so the used car manager could look at it. He came out and told me that the car I was there to see was not available because it didn't pass safety. One of the oldest tactics in the book. But, wanted to know if I was interested in looking at something new. After answering more questions, he came back out and told me that they could offer me 6k less than I owed on my trade, and that they would need a big down-payment in order to proceed. I thanked him for his time and left. I felt the pressure in the first 5 minutes, and was uncomfortable throughout the rest of the interaction. It's a completely different environment there since my last purchase a couple of years ago. Quite disappointing.
