The office was very clean and kid friendly. My tax preparer Kevalin was the best. I've been dreading doing my taxes all year, but she made it a very easy and pleasant experience..she was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.. absolutely the best!!! I recommend Jackson Hewitt in Hamden (particularly Kevalin) to everyone!!!!

My wife and I went to Jackson Hewitt On Dixwell Avenue and the Tax Preparer was an absolute joy to work with. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We would recommend her to anyone who has to get their taxes prepared. It was our first trip to Jackson Hewitt, but it won't be our last. Hopefully Kevalin Narang (who was the tax preparer) will still be there next year.Thank you again Ms. Narang for making this a pleasant experience. From Rodney and Suzanne.

Filed my taxes in the Hamden location, it was my first time there. It was absolutely amazing, clean and my tax preparer was great. He even found a mistake that my tax preparer made last year and we made an appointment for me to come back and have it fixed. Hamden is by far the best location i have been too.
