Incredibly responsive, thorough, and does an absolutely fantastic job for a reasonable price. I bought the car slightly used from a dealership, and it wasn’t even close to this clean. When I bought it, it had a film on the touch screen the dealership said was permanent. Well, the dealership lied. It’s amazing and smells like strawberries. I didn’t even know the interior was that black. Super impressed, grateful, and I will send everyone your way! Thank you very much!

Carvana delivered a filthy car to us that left us shocked and me in tears. I found J&G in a Google search and spoke with Ossiel who was very reassuring and got us in right away. He and his team removed all of the garbage, dog hair, and rotten food and returned the car to us looking clean and smelling fresh- how Carvana should have delivered it! I feel truly grateful and relieved as we are expecting a baby and can now feel comfortable driving our kids and a newborn in a healthy vehicle. Thank you so much Ossiel and team!
