The tax preparer Francine Smith is very insolent and disrespectful! I was asked to come in at 9 AM to get my taxes done. I arrived on time, and she arrived nearly an hour late. When she arrived she never apologized to me, She literally had zero regard for her being late, so when I respectfully tried to express the inconvenience, she became very loud and pugnacious, as if I did something wrong. I can understand running late, no one is perfect, things happens, but what I can’t accept is not acknowledging how this affected my time. If this was the other way around she’d be upset too and would have a right to express that with out being ridiculed for it! The other tax preparer Shushma was late too, and when I expressed the inconvenience, she never become contentious, truculent and loud like Francine did, she ACKNOWLEDGED how this affected my time, apologized and explained her situation, and it was all good. When I told Francine this she replied “well Shushma and her have different voices” That is simply not an excuse. No accountability for her actions whatsoever!

Filed tax returns and ITIN application this year through them. All went smooth and paid $300. Immediately after that, the agent stopped responding to any messages I left in the chat. Couple of issues I had regarding the applications were time sensitive. However, no response from the agent till date and those questions and messages remain unanswered. I called them several times to get answers and to request my agent to respond to my messages. Each time I was told that my message will be sent out but I never received any call backs. Once you pay their fees, you're on your own. Worst possible service!!!

My husband and I have been filing taxes to H&R Block for years. I highly recommend Mr. Liu, he's so patient, thorough and explained things for us to understand everything; he really knows what he's doing and very accommodating as always. The staff is always polite, helpful and friendly.
