“For those who live in the Cheshire/Prospect/Waterbury area, CHECK OUT NEWBROOK KITCHEN!!!! Fun and funky atmosphere and truly, some of the best food I've EVER eaten. Chef/proprietor Danielle Hartog Kostecki is gifted. A six-course meal that ranged from gnocchi over a spinach-artichoke purée to Wagyu beef sliders over sweet potatoes with a bleu cheese "fondue," this was an epic meal. I placed the order in GUILFORD!! my mistake!! but the associate was really helpful and led me right to the same item so it didn't impact my agenda! I had frozen food in the car and was out of here in just a minute.
