I went to Headlines back in April 2024, Jamie seemed to have an attitude towards me and rushed over my hair. She was more friendly and took her time with her other client ( white woman). My complaints were dismissed by the owner and Jamie was praised. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Amazing place! My highlights look great! Jamie and the owner of this place went above and beyond to make sure I get a great service. They were very patient too since I had my toddler with me. Lovely place, plenty of on-street parking.Thank you so much ladies! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Shaynna and Jamie are gems. Wonderful experience and amazing techniques. I have had blow outs, hair cuts, highlights, balayages and root touch ups and they both blow it out of the park each time. I’ve been to some extremely expensive salons in the past, and the hairdressers do what they want, not what you ask for.. not here. I’m so grateful to have met them. Headlines has a forever customer!

I went here to get my roots colored and a Brazilian blowout. I told them I didn’t want it too dark. I want it one shade lighter than my roots. They said after the Brazilian it would be lighter. It was NOT lighter. My hair was almost black when they were done. Then I called 5 times and the phone said that the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message, so I emailed them and I still got no response.

I had a great experience with Jamie today while getting a keratin treatment. She was so friendly and good at what she does!! The owner was so courteous and welcoming as well. I can’t wait till my next appointment!!

Omg Miranda did an amazing job on my hair doing a keratin treatment. I had severely damaged ends from hair straightening and box color. They highly recommended I get a trim but I declined being stubborn. After the keratin treatment, my hair looks shiny, soft and frizz free. I have not needed to straighten it all almost a week and a half in. Everyone notices a difference and I feel great.Service: Hairstyling

Everyone is very nice there. I went for a full head of highlights and trim. Kind of disappointed because it doesn't look like I got highlights at all. It just looks like the toner took over and now I'll have to figure out what to do with my hair.. I thought waiting for it to dry it would look lighter/better but it still looks very honey brown. Again everyone is super nice there, just sad with how my hair came out, she did put foil on all the hair for highlights. I will try to shampoo it with blue color corector to get rid of the warm tone, I wanted a cooler look..more ash/cooler color. I posted photos to help anyone else with similar dark curly hair like mines. I just dont think it was worth the money, but thanks for the help.
