This store changed to a Gap Factory. I drove 20+ min to return an item I ordered online only to be told it changed to Gap Factory and drive another 30 min or pay to return it.Update your online presence if you are changing the store.

I love GAP I went to the store today but this location needs some SERIOUS help. worst customer service ever.if I could give a zero point I would. Store manager had the worst customer service you could ever imagine.I was very disappointed that I couldn’t purchase anything here that will be the last time I decide to shop here.

Love coming here. Tara is so friendly and helpful. During my merchandise return, she took her time to go over my receipt for any price adjustments without me even asking. Excellent customer service !!!!

This is one of the nicest Gap stores in the New Haven area. perhaps that's why it's one of the ones that's been around for the longest time. It's well-designed, has a good range of products, and is staffed by friendly people
