It is vital to know that FedEx is located INSIDE of Walgreens - attached to the photo center in the front of the store - located at the far right end of the store from the entrance.

This rating is for Delivery Information online/email ONLY. Almost all of the message is in medium gray color text on slightly lighter gray color background. It is difficult to read the information FedEx is trying to provide to the customer. How is it that no one in management or in another department hasn't noticed this OR is the aesthetic (?) appearance more important, if one considers gray on gray attractive and more important rather than legible and easy to read text? Hopefully, someone in the company will read this and get the information to the right persons.
