I order sneakers on 3/13/24 in the store was told I should receive it in 3 days it’s now the 20th still no sneakers . I call the store the female who answered was rude and didn’t ask me my order number to see if they have my sneakers they gave me a number to call who was customer service they called the store as well and the same woman answered with an attitude didn’t get an order from the customer service rep and just told him they don’t have the shoes without even getting the order number . I shouldn’t have to go through all of this and over sneakers I paid for . If the employees are too incompetent to do their job they shouldn’t be taking in store orders . Dealing with poor customer service and a bad attitude will never be it ya lost my business!! And I want my money back!!!

Terrible place !! THEY MAKE YOU WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD !! And they don’t have no good sneakers !!! A mess! Filled with rudeness and disrespectful workers . Terrible place I do not recommend

If I could give 0 I’d give multiple negative 0’s. The staff onsite 12/05 are the worst and should not be working customer service. They had customers waiting over an hour, some outside with no vehicles and were very rude when called to inquiries Little miss was disrespectful and rude. Not a place I’ll ever spend my money.
