Got flowers from this place through a third party delivery service and the whole thing was horrible looking. 2 dead roses and some ferns with insect eggs everywhere. The flowers were eaten by something. I had to throw them in the garbage. They were $40 and got a $6 refund?
Stay clear of this place. Not a happy customer. Your voice mail is full. Return your calls! ?

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers that I ordered for Mother’s Day. The arrangement looked very sparse —relative to the online photo. I even paid extra for an upgrade for more flowers. (Disregard the orchids, those are not part of the arrangement)

We're very unhappy with what arrived at our door yesterday. I paid for premium but in no way received what was in the picture. I'd hate to see what the lowest tier looks like. Not even the vase was what was depicted in the advertised photo. The amount of paint scratched off of the vase is purely unacceptable.

I received a lovely floral basket from Devine Orchids. It was a "Thinking of you", sent by a friend, on the occassion of my husband's passing 2 and a half weeks ago.
The country basket was just perfect!
The colours were lavender, cream, mauve and purple... it had hydrangea, roses, alstromeria and carnations.
It set just the right note of elegant mourning...

I left this place mortified and disgusted. The owner was rude and seemed bothered that she had to come to the front because her employee isn’t familiar with plants. Instead of greeting me, she made a comment in a nasty tone ( as if I wasn’t careful) about me going behind a table of flowers that were for deliveries that should’ve been in the back that way I can actually shop & find a gift. You would think if she was concerned about flowers getting knocked over that she’d have them off the floor & away from customers. Not to mention, her employee even referenced that the flowers are in the way of me shopping. The owner should of recognized that instead of telling me to make sure I don’t knock them over. As she started to explain the plants to me , all I kept thinking about was how she initially spoke to me. I said Thank You and left abruptly. Unfortunate experience.

Generally the flowers I have ordered have gone well and the delivery has been on time, however, in my last order I decided to give a plant, but I was surprised to see that the plant does not look at all like the photo on the website, I understand that the photos may vary somewhat, but this time even the container is not the same and it is not specified whether or not it was included. I recommend being more specific with the information so as not to generate such a high expectation. With the previous orders went well and the product was very similar to the photos. Thank you.

I received roses this week and various colors, in a vase from my nieces out west. Unfortunately, they started to.” Crook” The next day, and out of all of them, only one went to full bloom, the others staying tight and falling over. When I went to cut them to put them in clean water, I noticed that they had not been cut on an angle. I can’t imagine what they paid for them, especially coming up to Valentine’s Day, and they were really inferior quality. I had been a florist, so I know the proper way to cut for floral arrangements. Very disappointed.

Very high-quality flowers and an expert florist on staff. I stopped in and requested a bouquet and they created it for me on the spot! The price was very reasonable. Definitely stop in for any of your flower needs.
