Other customers have also praised the CVS staff for their pleasant and efficient service. One customer visited with their elderly mother for a vaccination without an appointment, and found the pharmacy team to be great - very busy but still pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Another regular customer has had consistently positive experiences, finding the pharmacy workers kind and helpful, making good small talk and trying to make the experience pleasant. The staff at the front of the store have also been described as helpful. In a separate visit, a customer was impressed by the self-checkout option and the store's cleanliness and organization, despite one item being out of stock. Overall, CVS has earned positive reviews for its dedicated, friendly and efficient staff who provide a pleasant customer experience.
Left 2 messages for a call back within a few days of each other w/no response. Just called a different CVS and left a message so hopefully they can help. This is completely unaccceptable!

I wish I could give negative rating. Came to this store for the first time. Extremely rude staff. Don’t shop here.

I was just made aware that when you call the pharmacy you have to leave a voicemail, this method is not convenient.
