I needed a storage unit last minute at Cube Smart, Hamden, CT. Henry was very accommodating and thorough. He explained the terms of the contract slowly and clearly several times. I was able to view the unit before signing the contract. All my questions were answered. This also was 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday.
