Dillon talks fast, is straight to the point, and doesn't seem like one for small talk. I went in wanting to get disc breaks on my bike knowing that it would be expensive, but Dillons expertise made it very clear that it wasn't in my best interest even though he could've just sold me what I was wanting.
If you don't know anything about bikes, then put your trust in Dillon. He answered all of my questions and I had many.

I was relieved to find a bike repair place within under 3 miles from my house. My first impressions were formed over the telephone. It set the tone for what I expected. Once I arrived, with a Marin Gestalt, Ventum GS1, and a Cannondale CAAD12, the owner was professional, friendly, without being overly friendly. Based on his feedback, I left confident that he would have done exactly what the bikes needed.

Fixed a brake issue, other bike shops hadn't noticed. Full of recommendations, and helping with service of parts I got online. Also, orders parts/accessories too, if not in store.

5 bikes serviced with Dillon and all returned in far improved condition. Complete tune-ups for 2 adult bikes, and safety checks/routine maintenance for a couple kid bikes. Service exceeded my expectations. Quick turnaround time and fair, reasonable costs. Can't say enough about my experience with Dillon at Cheshire Cycle. Thanks Dill.

My sons bike was giving us problems, we tried to fix it, but we could not. So we took it to Dillon and he fixed my sons bike in two seconds, he was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable , i will definitely be going back!!!

Dylan ordered a shorter crank and ape hanger handle bars for me. I was told by a different bike shop that I needed a new bike stem for my recently purchased ape hangers that weren't the right size. That solution may have worked as well, but I was able to save money because Dylan found the right sized ape hangers way cheaper and I returned the other ones. Not to trash the other shop, but they didn't even offer to order what I needed. The point of me saying that is to show how Dylan went above and beyond. He didn't even make money ordering what I needed. Not to brag, but I was compelled to give him extra money because i so appreciated what he did for me. He didn't have to do that. I'm just going to stick with Dylan. I definitely recommend him. This guy is super busy but if I need a tune up or any work done that I can't perform, I know he'll get the job done right and it's very affordable so I'll be patient. Also, I read the recent negative reviews where Dylan was attacked with a flurry of posts from this one consumer and their friends saying that he was racist. They should be ashamed of themselves for jumping to conclusions for a misunderstanding. They should remove those posts. Apparently they're too stubborn with their hate and it blinds them from the truth and/or giving the benefit of the doubt in a situation especially after Dylan explained to them what happened. By the way it was my Puerto Rican friend who strongly recommended him to me. Sorry for the long novel I wrote. Haha

Dylan was great! Quick turnaround. Reasonable price for my repair. Next time I need a bike shop I won't hesitate to return. Plus he rents bikes! So happy I found this place! Got me back on the trail in no time! Thanks Dylan!

We've all tried to take off that back tire and change the tube/tire. That part is easy. Putting the rear tire on, that's the real challenge. These guys are great! Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and quick service. Took both bikes here and will continue to use them for all my cycling needs!
