No estimate given for work; no time estimate given for work; work incomplete--no alignment after replacing tie rods; claimed that alignment would take "several hours" (1 hour job) and that he would have to sent it out because it "takes up the whole bay" (false); no warning that the whole job could not be completed there; charged 2.8 hours when I was present at the beginning and end of the 1 1/2 hour labor for the tie rods; no communication about the damage to the right front that would make the alignment impossible.They DID make several WEAK attempts at explaining why it took so long, but I did not believe them. Would you?Another auto shop notified me about the damage to the right front. Once that was rectified, the alignment took 1 hour, and in a bay with other cars--estimate up front and on point. 'nough said.

Changed the oil, radiator fluid, brake pads, rotors, ABS sensor and checked for any unnecessary electrical draw on the cars battery! Thankful for your professional services!

Dave and the team give honest reasonable prices and always keep me informed with what’s going on with my Jeep as they are working on it ! They tell you when the jobs going to be done and it’s always done on time no hassle ! I recommend Caldwell to everyone!

I am always leery of auto repair shops. I don’t care! They typically suck as much money from you as they can!!!But Dave Caldwell is that “Unicorn”, the guy who should not exist. Not only did he do what he said, and not do what I said he could charge me for, but he checked those things and said the work did not need to be done. I am so happy that I found an amazing mechanic, but one who I could give a pile of cash to without fear that he would take it as a fee.I 100% trust this gentleman, and that almost never happens. Please give him you business, if you need repair work. He will treat you right.Services: Engine repair

I am an out-of-town traveler, halfway through my 6-hour trip my engine temperature light came on. They immediately took a look and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The mechanic (Dave I think is his name?) was so incredibly understanding. I was missing the cap for my coolant reservoir and they didn't have any in stock at the local auto parts store, so Dave gave me the coolant cap from his own car! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service, I cannot thank you enough!!
