It is a very bad experience, knowing that I am a regular customer in this store, but they do not respect customers. Today, at this time, I was in the store and asked the employee to return the shoe because it was large, and he did not return it. They also have my phone number and my bank card from which the payment was made. All these documents are present. However, the shoes were not returned to me, so I had to leave the shoes with the employee without taking their price, perhaps the store needed shoes. I do not advise anyone to buy from this store

This experience was the worst it’s the worst Burlington I have been to the girl at the register was so rude 1 she didn't ask for my phone number for the loyalty program 2 I got charged a 3 BAG FEE???? For what I didn’t even grab a bag ! And the worst of all when I came home I was going through my clothes and I found a pin in my shorts !!! Imagine if I would’ve put them on thinking it was safe. Never am I going back to this Burlington people who buy here please check the clothes before you put them on especially if you have children ! This is unbelievable

Only has two cashiers when there is a full line. Store is a mess, Q line is a mess. Will never come here again. They need to clean their store and have more cashiers this is ridiculous.

This store needs to be reviewed by corporate. They always say they only have 2 people for registers. Line be all the way back to clothing isles facing entrance. Managers don't care. They'll come up and keep going. The customer service socks at this location and always a low horrible selection on clothes. Managers need to do their job and hire more people to be able to put on registers and help out too on registers!!! And clean up your oil spills in line so you don't cost the company a slip and fall lawsuit. NOT just ignore what customer tells you.

The staff is pretty rude, and the store is sloppy. Return policy sucks. I tried to exchange 2 Christmas gifts of clothing for the correct size (no receipt, but clearly purchased from them. Labels matched their inventory). Would not exchange. One was missing the price label (barcode was available) so they wouldn't exchange it (their response, "How do we know you bought it here?") but offered store credit for the other. You can't just exchange it for the one in my hand?The day I did this, I waited in line for over 30 minutes because there were only 2 cashiers and apparently no store manager (I asked and was told the manager wasn't there that day).Next time I'll bring my business elsewhere, to a reputable store that doesn't look like a teenage boy's bedroom and will actually be helpful and courteous.

Drove 40 minutes to this store because the closing hour posted is 11pm. I get here at 10:25 and the doors are locked. I call and they answer the phone, obviously still open, & I’m told by the supervisor Stanley that they “close the store early to count tills and do recovery” .. excuse me? I’ve worked at and managed/supervised MULTIPLE retail chains and I’ve never closed 35 minutes early! It takes about 5 mins to count a register till. Why would you close 35 mins early? If I could give zero stars I would! Such an inconvenience to me and a waste of my time! The posted closing hour should be 10 and not 11 if they need to close early for xyz!

I came into the store for a job interview on 10/25/23. I did not appreciate being told that the store was hiring. If that is the case stop conducting interviews.
