Mike did a great job on the home inspection, very thorough. Found some things that I would not have found with the naked eye. Also did a good job explaining things.

UPDATED - I keep going back to Mike for his inspection services. He does great work and is extremely knowledgeable. Michael was methodical. He arrived 15 minutes early and was already on the job inspecting the exterior. He was professional and curious to the owner tenants and moved quickly inspecting the 3 family unit. His reports are thorough and well detailed with a lot of great recommendations. I look forward to working with him again.

Mike did a great job with my home inspection. He clearly pointed out everything that I should be aware of and provided all details, with photos, in a clean report. I will recommend him to anyone buying, selling, renting, flipping or anything in between.

Earlier this year, I made the decision to hire Mike for my home inspections and looking back I am glad I did. Not only was he punctual, he was actually at the home about 30 minutes earlier inspecting the exterior of the home. Mike was incredibly detailed, professional and would make sure to explain things along the way, as well as in his reports.Mike is definitely serious about his craft, and the fact that sellers hate him pretty much tells you what you need to know. His pricing was also very fair and competitive. Mike also had a plethora of resources, and was very willing to answer any questions or concerns. I really appreciate your help Mike!
