Outstanding customer service. Recently ordered some parts from Tess tools. When the package arrive (two days later) one of the packages had a small rip in it and was missing the small parts (it happens). I called the company, not expecting any one to answer at almost 9PM, but someone in the warehouse did and I was told to send an email. The next day around 9:30-10:00AM I received an email that the replacement parts will be sent out and apologizing for the inconvenience. Wow, that was too easy. Two days later I had a complete kit in my hands. Things to know, 1) they had my parts in stock 2) good prices 3) fast shipping 4) outstanding customer service I normally don't review companies, good or bad, but this type of service is almost unheard of in todays world.

I have no idea what these people are doing. There's zero communication. My order has been sitting in processing status for 2 weeks. I've called twice and the guy that answers the phone says he's not in the office and he'll "Try" to look into my order when get is in the office... I've sent emails requesting to cancel the unfulfilled order. Yet no response... Completely waste of time ordering anything from this company... Zero customer service, zero order fulfillment Basically a zero company that shouldn't even be selling things they have no intention of fulfilling. - Update to my review. This company is definitely unethical!! A company people should stay FAR away from. I received an email response after my yelp review. They are trying to KEEP part of my payment saying that they can because of their terms of service. YET THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER!! On top of that, the person that responded threatened review retaliation - This is direct from their email to me "Thanks for the Yelp review ,keep a eye out for the one on you".. These guys need to be run out of business with ethics like theirs!!

In a world full of scammers was hesitant to do business with them. But I reached out via text and they replied quickly and professionally. I was in desperate need of a replacement part and they had it to me quickly. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you! Will definitely be doing business with them for all my future needs.

Terrible Service. I ordered part number 539229 and instead of sending me that part, they sent 567965. When I tried to get them to send the correct part, they simply took the position that they will issue a refund and to send the wrong part back.They refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong part and could have corrected the error by sending the correct part. And of course if you install the wrong part as they are telling me I should do, and damage the unit, they are not responsible.Service: Air conditioning

Edit: Owner's response has me mistaken for a different customer?Rough customer service via email: Over the course of a week I communicated with them about a power washer part and eventually was told to buy it somewhere else. I have no idea what they are like in person: probably great guys. Just rough to communicate with via email.

I would give zero stars if possible. I odered a part and paid for FedEx overnight shipping for which Tess Tools gladly charged $37.55. Tess Tools waited until 12:29pm the next day to notify FedEx and instead of taking the package to FedEx, vendor waited for FedEx to pick package up at 6:48pm. And although FedEx now provides residential Sunday delivery year-round, the package is scheduled for Monday delivery before 8:00pm. When I contacted Tess Tools customer service, instead of accepting responsibility for lazy service and apologizing for charging for services they couldn't fulfill, they chose to blame the customer and tell me that I just don'tknow how FedEx works. Well folks...I can do basic math and no matter how you slice it, overnight is NOT four (4) days. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else.

We have purchased repair parts and relied on Warren to help keep our customer's a/c machines up and running during the busiest time of the year! Warren is the absolute best at what he does and does it with professionalism and INTEGRITY!! We find it hard to believe that anyone would not agree with us. He is not the typical "big box" mentality which has flooded the world. Warren has a genuine sincerity to help us accomplish the repairs needed to keep our customers going. Because of Warren's help our customers have put their faith in us when it comes time to buy another piece of air conditioning equipment....our customer's know that we can back them up when they are down....and Warren is the main reason for this!! Customers cannot get that kind of backing from any other parts store!!! Baltimore Electronics/Tess Tools are simply THE BEST!!!

I have been doing business with Warren at this location for years. I have also bought several A/C service machines for my locations. He is always helpful no matter when I call him. His products, most notably RobinAir, are outstanding machines. Warren has never steered me wrong, and has frequently saved me a trip there by helping me diagnose machine issues over the phone. And he doesn't charge for that knowledge! Great guy. Great service and Great Company. I would highly recommend them!Services: Electrical repair
