The staff at this AutoZone are awesome. They go above and beyond the call-of-duty to help solve their customer’s problems and are so courteous, professional, competent, and thoughtful.
When the gear selector mechanism broke down on my old car, the staff here identified a part they could special order to enable me to fix it, and somehow managed to have that part at the shop within just a few hours. Staff person Holden even called me to follow-up when it arrived to let me know. Then when I couldn’t figure out how to install the part, Eugene dedicated what must have ended up being an hour to figuring out the installation. This particularly blew me away, it was so generous hearted and kind. Not only would I not expect that kind of installation help at all, Eugene even took the time to help with this during one of the busiest parts of their day! It was truly phenomenal customer service and care, of a caliber I don’t think I’ve experienced before. Because of their help, I have a way to get baby to daycare and to get to work again.
Come here for all your car part needs. This crew is a special one, you will be in the best hands imaginable, and you will be bringing your business to good humans.

Refused to help my friend install a battery into their car, claiming that they wouldn't do it "at this time of night". It was 5PM. Then proceeded to watch me install the battery from the window of the store after I drove to my friend to replace it in their parking lot. Poor service!
