Can't ever get a receipt from the pumps. They are either empty or not working. I have to stand in long lines sometimes just to get a flippin' receipt for business. You are nice people but please, maintain your pumps! I don't think it is a lot to ask.

The clerk was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a gasoline recite. He concluded "if you don't like it go to a different gas station" I will just do that.

Rude so rude I was recently at this 711 and I was getting slushy made a little mess and was trying to clean it with napkins there was some on the floor then a employee come over and says don’t waste my napkins when there was a clear mess then but I was trying to help and I even asked if there was anything thing else I could clean it with and she jsut said don’t waste my napkins but she didt wanna clean it crazy just very rude customer do not go to this 711

Always check your receipt… they will charge you more than the price they display on the item. Beware!

I shouldn't even be able to choose one star. The employees were extremely rude and miserable at this establishment. The woman working got very angry over me making an iced coffee instead of a hot one and told me I was making it incorrectly and the splash of coffee in the counter was a mess. When I tasted it and realized the half and half was old and cheesy, I went to switch it to something with a different milk. She got the manager out from the back and told me I did not use the half and half I used and that I used a caramel creamer that I had previously asked about and was told it was empty and they couldn't get me anymore. They were rude through and through and would not let me exchange and make a new coffee after claiming I never used half and half and no one else complains.

HORRIBLE!! The chips I bought had a hole and when I opened it I smelt a strong whiff of chemicals. I couldn't smell for a week. DISGUSTING PLACE

2 minutes agoNEWThe manager who worked on June 29th Wednesday at 4:00pm. Did not show good customer service. My son was told to leave the store for nothing. I believe he was being judge cause being a black male. Not all men of color rob or steal. So beware if you are a male of color cause you maybe excuse of robbing or stealing. Need to check yourself. My son been going there for years, do not need to steal cause he has a good job. Need to know the reasons before excusing. Very upset parent will never come there again

Have been going here for over 3 month using my card on small purchases the owner tells me that he doesn’t want to sell me my items because “I have to pay 60 cents” even though I have been doing it for months never going back.
