“I cannot say enough about Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets. We had a dog that was suffering on a Friday and we made the heart wrenching decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge. Our vet (not Dr. Bernie) had been involved in all his care and had seen Henry that morning telling us he was at the end. Maybe for reasonable reasons they wouldn't sneak us in at the end of the day. Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets, however, made room for us at the end of their day to ease Henry's way. They were so kind and caring - and this was the first time they met us! It was incredible. They even sent us a personalized condolence card. Our vet hasn't even followed up with us since our devastating final appointment. You can be sure we will be going to Dr Bernie when we welcome a new pup into our lives. I can't say thank you enough.”

One week later she was back to her normal behavior and happy to be moving without pain. The treatment helped her to heal quickly and completely. “Debbie and the Wizard of Paws team are some of the most amazing, caring people I’ve come in contact with. I brought in my pittie boy Bubba following an FHO hip surgery and they were with us every step of the way for many weeks on his big road to recovery. I have no doubt he would not be running free like he is now without their help. Flash forward about a year later to now, when Bubba started limping out of nowhere in his front leg, I knew exactly who to contact. Tricia was so responsive and timely over email. I brought him in within a week for evaluation, and I saw a huge improvement after one session. Not to mention they have been incredibly understanding with Bubba’s behavioral and training needs as well. Do not hesitate to trust Wizard of Paws with your fur baby’s needs!!!”

“Thank you for always getting my animals in so quickly, when needed. It is very important to me when the clinic shows compassion for my animals and a willingness to keep cost down. With the state of economic conditions sometimes I will delay annual visits to recuperate some money even if a visit would be beneficial to the pet. It would be nice if there were loyalty discounts for homes with multiple animals due to it being costly to regularly come in for visits and be a responsible pet owner with preventatives, etc. I already have the membership rewards with the company that manufactures the preventatives but it never accumulates enough to make a difference towards the bill.”

“I’ve been bringing my boys (Chowder & Kona) here since I moved back in 2014. Sadly, this past year I lost both of them but I’ll always appreciate the dedication and caring nature everyone demonstrated anytime I would come in. They were always great about fitting me in when I wasn’t sure what was going on and I always respected and trusted Dr. Meads opinion. “My Salem kitty was my heart. Things went wrong very fast and out of the blue. Having to take him anywhere to let him go seemed impossible. Dr. Chris and her staff were incredible. They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for treating Salem with such a gentle hand and heart from the beginning to the very end when I came back to get his ashes. It all means more to this broken heart than you could ever know.”
“I am loyal to this lovely animal hospital. We used to have a senior dog who sadly passed away last year, but Dr. Hurley and the staff at VCA treated him so well throughout all the years we went there. He had a lot of complications, especially towards the end where he could barely walk, and yet everyone there made him feel as comfortable as ever. The day our dog passed, the staff took such good care of him and were extremely kind when offering support & services for cremation.
With our current dog, the service has remained the same. Everyone is friendly to both animals and owners alike. The prices are fair as well for the great service they bring.”

“Excellent care and very responsive. I am pet sitting a dog whose vet is out of state. I noticed swelling under his jaw and didn’t want to wait for the owner to come back. This office worked with the primary vet to get his records, saw us same day, followed up the next day, and got him squared away. The vet tech even gave me her personal cell! Highly recommend.”

“Everyone at Pieper Vet Hospital was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and overall the type of clinic you can trust will put you and your pet as their top priority. Our cat went in for an exam due to an overall lameness so we requested a full workup. The doctor listened to our concerns and later called to let us know the results. Test results returned very quickly. We came in the next day for a follow-up and were greeted with smiles and compassion. The prices are reasonable as well. We recommended the clinic to friends and family in hopes that they too can have a great experience at the vet.”
