1721 Saybrook Rd, HaddamI cannot say enough about Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets. We had a dog that was suffering on a Friday and we made the heart wrenching decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge. Our vet (not Dr. Bernie) had been involved in all his care and had seen Henry that morning telling us he was at the end. Maybe for reasonable reasons they wouldn't sneak us in at the end of the day. Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets, however, made room for us at the end of their day to ease Henry's way. They were so kind and caring - and this was the first time they met us! It was incredible. They even sent us a personalized condolence card. Our vet hasn't even followed up with us since our devastating final appointment. You can be sure we will be going to Dr Bernie when we welcome a new pup into our lives. I can't say thank you enough.
