Gave Mike's a call about a bent suspension, they were quick to let me know the estimate and likely turnaround. Dropped my van off, and they contacted me after repairs were complete on how to pick it up after hours, and some future recommendations for the vehicle. Mike is the best mechanic I have ever encountered. He looks after my 20+ year-old, almost 400,000 mile 4-Runner like it was his own. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Mike is the best mechanic I've ever encountered. Honest to a fault, no BS, helps with every single little thing - even pops out to replace my license plates when I can't get the nuts off and he does it without charge and when I just swing by without an appointment. I've lost count of the number of little things Mike has done for me over the years, but it's a lot. He's even given me rides to and from the garage when I couldn't stay and wait all day when it needed a long repair. My car is 20+ and has almost 400,000 miles on the clock and I think Mike cares as much about my car as I do.

Super Friendly and Honest. Quick diagnosis of an odd issue on a modifiued motor with a supercharger. Quickly solved the issue and offered options. Took us in and forced us into their schedule since we were in a bind with a pending cross country trip.
