Called Hall's if they carried Stihl machinery. They said they do. Asked if they have any BR 600 backpack leaf blowers. They said everything is in stock. Brilliant! They demonstrated the BR 600, and then loaded it into my car. This morning I started it up and cleared my yard in 1 hour. Previously, I would rake a dozen tarps of oak leaeves.

I have been a Halls customer for years. They carry Club Cadet and Stihl. A great shop for small engine repair. They carry residential and commercial equipment. Prices are comparable to everyone else given they are usually set by the manufacturer. If you need quality and affordable repairs thia is the place.

Have a great array of models to choose from. I bought a new Cub Cadet Zero Turn. They had it prepped and ready as planned, took the time to go over it when I picked it up. Nice doing business with them. My last lawn tractor was a Cub Cadet LTX1046. Had it ten years, and it was a beast. Looking forward to this new ZTS1-46.

This place is a God Send. I brought my ride on mower to another facility and it sat there for over a month. They told me that the part I needed was on back order and they were waiting for it. I called Kohler corporate to see if there was anything that could be done to speed up the process and the owner of the shop took that as me leaving him a bad review. Finally, I got my mower to Halls. The associates there were extremely professional. I was running late and they stayed late so that I could drop off my mower to them. One week later, I got a call from them saying my mower is ready to be picked up after they had previously told me that they probably wouldn’t even be able to look at it for a week. I picked up my mower. Everything worked perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much. I won’t ever bring my equipment anywhere except for Halls they are the best of the best.

I purchased a brand new club cadet snowblower very happy with it, reason why I went to Hall's is because I wanted backup service when needed and the price at big box stores we're in line with Halls. So it was a no-brainer to buy it from the small guy with backup service which you do not get at the big box stores, I had to take the snow blower in for a few adjustments that I could not do myself and they were excellent with service and right through the backup phone call they only had it for one day and I was very thrilled from the first phone call to picking it up. They are very helpful there and I was extremely happy

These guys are AWFUL! When I walked into the store, there was one staff person at the counter helping one customer. Otherwise, the store was empty. So I milled about while the other customer was being served. Just as a man walked in, another staff guy walked out to the counter and assisted the guy who had just walked in even though he saw me standing there. When the other staff member was done with the customer he was helping, he looked right past me and helped the next man who had walked in the store. Did not even make eye contact. By now, I had probably been there about 15 mins, and neither of the men who worked there even bothered to ask if I needed assistance. When the second staff guy went to help yet another man who had walked into the shop well after me, I spoke up and said, "I came in here to buy a mower, and I've been here longer than any of these people, so if you're not interested in selling me a mower, I can go elsewhere." The customer at the counter turned, apologized and stepped aside; however, I certainly wasn't going to give my business to a company that treated me as though my business was unimportant to them. I simply said, "No thank you. I'm over this place," and I walked out. I went to Ganos where I was treated as a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I will be buying a Zero-Turn mower from them (probably in the range of $7K - $10K). I would never recommend this company to anyone--especially if you're a woman. I suppose if I walked in with a man they would have been more accomodating, but that is not how good customer service works.
