85 Bridge Rd, Haddam“I've been here several times since they have opened, which has been in the past year.I'm sharing my experience today because the self checkouts were all out of order and when the young lady checked me out I was unable to get a receipt because she said it was broken.Super frustrating because I actually make money on my receipts and I like to have my receipts so I can make sure everything was applied properly, when it comes to coupons/rebates.The young lady who checked me out has checked me out before And I have no issues with herI do feel like a couple of the people who are usually present at the store, are not really present to the customersIt is a clean store and it usually has all of the items I'm looking for”

539 Main St, Cromwell“Great store. The manager is always super nice to me and my wife. Always a clean place and has lots of things in stock. So happy it's around the corner from our house. It's our "go to" store”

“This is one of the better dollar trees within my travel from work to home & the cashiers are hard working and friendly , I shop here often because it’s always well stocked , Today 5/24 I came for gold table clothes because of a event I needed 30 and this store had 17 I purchased . Today 5/24/24 was the first time I had a issue - I never pay for paper bags and this store bags are cheap and not worth a penny def not a dime and I noticed on receipt normally I don’t even take my receipt but I’m doing a event and needed it , I saw 10 cent bag charge Yes I asked for my 10 cent back Faith could use retraining I suggest you remind customers it’s 10 a bag. Before you just charge them , The manager gave me my 10 cent but Faith felt I was rude to a customer who offer to pay , It wasn’t about the dime Faith it was the principle you didn’t tell me Still a 5 star store despite my story with Faith today customer can be wrong but more so you can learn better customer service / she can work on it .”
