“Dr. Alter and his staff are top tier and wonderful. Great expertise, decent fees and a genuine love for animals keep me coming back year after year. They sincerely adore and care about my cats; it's steadily apparent. Dr. Alter also saved - and preserved - the life of one of my cats whom he diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. After the necessary tests and realizing that surgery was impossible, he prescribed potent medication and baby aspirin, which kept her viable and comfortable for three and a half more years than she would've had previously without a proper diagnosis. I will ALWAYS be grateful to Dr. Alter and his staff for their knowledge and kindness.”

“We had to go there twice in one week for our little one. We thought the first experience was impressive. Between the doctor, the nurse Morgan and the receptionist Kayla, they were all wonderful and helpful and proactive. On our second night, we met Zach. We still wonder whether Zach was real or an angel sent to help us during a very stressful time. He was lovely, kind, helpful, calming, I can go on and on. Both exams were detailed and thorough and both Emily and Frida were handled gently. We were given helpful and experience- based information and advice regarding our concerns for their care going forward.
