Most of the time there is a guy that works in here (long brown hair, super smart & friendly.. maybe Josh? ) and he is awesome. He always makes me and my kids feel seen-- going as far as giving us an estimate of when they're might be availability--- which is HUGELY appreciated. But this review is not about that lovely man but about continued experiences with another (newer-- within last year) worker. This man has strawberry blonde/auburn tone hair, cut very short and he wears glasses. Today was yet another time where this man was not only painfully snow but the total lack of customer experience is beyond evident. When i entered the store with my 2 kids (6 & 7) and saw he was the only person there i almost turned around but decided to stick it out bc this would have been my 4th attempt at getting to purchase a new smart watch (every time before there were just so many people already ahead of me), and there was 1 man that he was helping. We sat there for 50 minutes, and not one time did this man even make an attempt to acknowledge us in the store (we were the only other people). I've worked in customer service for many years and there's just ways that you are with customers that allows for positive experiences--- and this man misses the mark every time he's "helped" me before. I will say that other than him, it's a great store. Mostly staffed correctly and has great workers. .. but i will be turning around immediately if he is the only one in the store from now on.

I live in Madison and have been to all the Verizon stores in the neighboring towns for customer service.I must say the Guilford Verizon is the best out of all the other locations for the agents knowledge , patience, and all other customer service. A great bunch of people to deal with. Going forward the Guilford store is tops and my go to store.

The employees of this store are each a delight. David championed a tricky phone set up for my mom (in her 60s) and patiently explained how to do things (and why certain things weren't working.) I am so grateful to David and the team for helping get us sorted out. They also had tremendous dinner recommendations and fun pop culture references.

This truly is the only place I will go from this day forward. I was having issues with data transfer from an old phone to a new phone. I called Verizon support and was disconnected several times so i called this store. Dave told me to come on in and they would take a look. Talk about a multi-tasker...Dave was dealing with another customer at the time and then started helping me. He's fantastic... both friendly and smart. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

I am definitely coming back to this store ONLY. The store was clean despite it being busy. I did notice that all the employees were very thorough so that can explain the backup. (Not necessarily bad)Isabel was so patient and knowledgeable. I definitely feel better about my billing after speaking with her and getting a bill breakdown. I visited the Guilford, CT location on 4/15/23 and Will and Dave assisted to transfer my provider. Both Will and Dave were very helpful in getting my services started immediately. I wasn’t even there for an hour. Loved the service I received. Great job guys?

Dave was great! I took my broken phone in for repair. I was greeted immediately, and was in and out with a working phone in less than 15 min! Very pleasant, very professional - highly recommended!
