Under no circumstances should you use this store. Won't help with labels, makes you print them for $5 each. To simply print the label that they need to use to ship something. This should be illegal.

Staff extremely rude -one middle-aged woman wearing hair in high pigtails , another middle-aged woman popping bubblegum and rolling her eyes and a 30 something male who was sarcastic. Needless to say this will be my first and last time. Other UPS sites have much more courteous and professional staff.

So I have mixed feelings about this location, last week I sent a package from there and the young man who helped me was really kind and professional, two days later I needed to change my delivery date so I called and the woman who helped me was amazing and so helpful but for some reason after the first change of dates some glitch in the system happened and they rescheduled my delivery again so guided by my past interactions I called the location again and this time the man who picked up the phone didn't even let me explain my problem and just asked me to call a 1800 number, so i thought going in person will be a better option to try and solve the problem but no! the same man was there and when trying to explain it to him again, he asked me if i was the one who called in the morning and to please just wait or call back the 1800 number and use the app!! Such a bad experience at the end

The UPS store in Guilford is wonderful. All the employees are friendly and they know what they’re doing. Everyone in there is happy. I can’t explain it. Great place!

This Guilford UPS store consistently provides top quality service. Whether I send them an email for a print job or drop in for a shipment, they are always welcoming and willing to go beyond expectations. A quote that comes to mind when I think of the employees of this store is from Mother Teresa… “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier." I always feel gratitude after a visit to this store.

Very capable and knowledgeable crew. I often (almost always) feel like I’m inconveniencing specific staff when I return packages. It must be onerous to have to go through 15 Amazon returns but I often get this feeling even with one prepaid label return. Perhaps the store should increase price per returns if they don’t want to do it or not accept this business. It doesn’t make sense to offer a service the store doesn’t want to prove. In other instances, the staff and store have been great and are in a great location.

This UPS store and Owner are by far - simply amazing!! Customer service has always been great - but this year the owner and staff made what I thought would be impossible happen. To say they gave my family a Christmas miracle is about the best way to describe it! Thank you SO much for your kindness!!! XO Anne J

I drive from North Branford as Missy is aleyas incredibly nice and authentically helpful. She understands the nuances of shipping and packing very well. Highly recommended.

First time they have ever made me purchase a box for a return, this has never been an issue before. So in order to complete the return, with a line out the door behind me, I had to purchase a box. If this was advertised on their website that this is necessary I would not be writing this review, but they only made it an issue this one and only time, when I could not do anything about it and they knew so.

Used to be very efficient and amazing customer service. Now there is a girl who works there that is rude and nasty and does absolutely nothing to help. The whole experience is awful now
