I live in Madison and have been to all the Verizon stores in the neighboring towns for customer service.I must say the Guilford Verizon is the best out of all the other locations for the agents knowledge , patience, and all other customer service. A great bunch of people to deal with. Going forward the Guilford store is tops and my go to store.

The employees of this store are each a delight. David championed a tricky phone set up for my mom (in her 60s) and patiently explained how to do things (and why certain things weren't working.) I am so grateful to David and the team for helping get us sorted out. They also had tremendous dinner recommendations and fun pop culture references.

This truly is the only place I will go from this day forward. I was having issues with data transfer from an old phone to a new phone. I called Verizon support and was disconnected several times so i called this store. Dave told me to come on in and they would take a look. Talk about a multi-tasker...Dave was dealing with another customer at the time and then started helping me. He's fantastic... both friendly and smart. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

I am definitely coming back to this store ONLY. The store was clean despite it being busy. I did notice that all the employees were very thorough so that can explain the backup. (Not necessarily bad)Isabel was so patient and knowledgeable. I definitely feel better about my billing after speaking with her and getting a bill breakdown. Thank you for the excellent service, Verizon

I visited the Guilford, CT location on 4/15/23 and Will and Dave assisted to transfer my provider. Both Will and Dave were very helpful in getting my services started immediately. I wasn’t even there for an hour. Loved the service I received. Great job guys?

Dave was great! I took my broken phone in for repair. I was greeted immediately, and was in and out with a working phone in less than 15 min! Very pleasant, very professional - highly recommended!

This it not the Verizon retailer of old where you would walk away frustrated and confused. Third visit to this location in two years and every time I leave impressed. Nicholas adeptly helped me through adding Apple Watches to my plan and phone today. Though not interested in chit chat, he was personable, efficient and patient! I ended up resolving my issue and adding a new watch to my plan (unexpectedly). Thanks for the great service!

I recently had an issue with my phone as they aren’t a corporate store their hands were tied and couldn’t do anything for me. 5 days later I walked back in same issue. The manger David was very understanding and exhausted every issue to get me a working phone. I have never been a customer of this store. He pulled out a loaner phone made sure it worked activated it to my account and said “return it once you get your insurance replacement” seriously an amazing company. I highly recommend them for all your Verizon wireless needs. Great service and great people. I’ll be doing all my Verizon shopping there from here on out!

could not be happier with the service I received today from Haley (sorry if I misspelled that) and Sam. They work as a good team and between the both of them, had me in and out in a very reasonable timeframe with my new phone. Knowing I can come back with questions (which is inevitable) gives me peace of mind. One of the best Verizon Store experiences I have ever had.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Terrance and Joshua were very patient with us and extraordinarily helpful. Terrance especially took extra time, staying late, to make sure our devices were working and all our questions were answered. If you’re looking for intelligent and kind customer service, this is where you want to go.
