“I can’t say enough positive things about the Madison Post Office. I recently applied for my passport. After 2 weeks it had not arrived for processing. I went to the post office to question this and Kay immediately began to track it down. She contacted me and let me know what had happened and continued to keep me updated. I can’t say enough about the customer service Kay provided to me. She assured me my passport would arrive within a couple of weeks.”

He was very knowledgeable & didn't try to up sell me on any services that I didn't need. He was very patient & allowed me to pick the perfect "cute stamps" I was looking for too! I appreciated his honesty & great service. This branch was clean, practicing social distancing & everybody was wearing masks.
