Ordered flowers for a cousin's funeral and our family was not impressed. I placed the order online on a Tuesday and the funeral was Friday. They arrived 5 minutes before the family arrived at the funeral home, and the price paid was not shown in the piece at all. I paid for the "upgraded" version and it did not look like it. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend for her birthday. I wanted to order from a local florist. I chose the designer bouquet thinking the flowers would be lovely and fresh. I was very surprised and disappointed when I saw a picture of what was sent. There was one rose, a lot of carnations, a bunch of daisy’s and a lot of greenery! For $85 I was very surprised this was what they sent. I sent two emails expressing my disappointment but never got a reply. I hate to write poor reviews but just wanted people to be aware of what you get.

In our time of grief it was a consolation to see the beautiful arrangement of flowers that went way beyond our expectations. Beautiful and classy. I’ve been the lucky receiver of flowers from here and they didn’t disappoint. Very special and lovely. Most recently I ordered two corsages. I described the personalities of the young ladies and gave them creative freedom. Let me tell you I was thrilled with both pieces. They were gorgeous, fresh and the presentation was top notch. I will continue to use this florist and highly recommend. Sometimes extra special is what the occasion calls for. These are extra special flowers.

My first time at White House Florist in Guilford was for a (last minute) mother's day arrangement that turned out spectacular! (They stayed until 2am to make sure ALL their customers orders were completed on time! Talk about dedicated ownership/employees!)The florists are extremely knowledgeable and artistic. I was fascinated by all their various arrangements as they have so many different species of flower/plants. They even taught me the basics of floral care/arrangements as I watched them put together some of their HUNDREDS of orders they received that weekend.I absolutely loved their antique refrigerator as it's just gorgeous!Margo's favorite part was definitely all the compliments and pizza crust from the staff.We will be back soon!
