Update...3 to 4 stars. They seem to have improved their e-banking system, or at least how they process bill pays from outside banks. My bill pays are now being processed within a couple of business days. Good place to do business if you're local and want to be able to speak with humans when you have a question.

I really like this bank. Customer service is 2nd to none. Some of the friendliest workers I have ever encountered. Nice to know that their is still some good ole fashion customer service available in some places.

They might not give you the best rates on savings, CD's or mortgages, but they treat you well, and are always happy to provide the little things like notarizations, medallion guarantees, etc., without charge.
