“The GM Nathan is very Friendly same like his collegeous Assoc.Maribel! Both was very Patient, always smiling ,corteous and very helpful! My husband and i Was there with my 2 friends for shopping, i had Problem with my creditcard because i haven't updated it and haven't use it for a long time. Everytime i swipe the card they Show decline! I just call the costumer Service and asked why my card not working. They fix the Problem! I truly can't ask for more! “I had an issue with an expansion piece that I bought for our dog kennel. And I had to go through customer service for the entire company before they told me that I needed to reach out to the store location where the product came from. This is where it came from, and I have to tell you, the conversation that I had with the store manager, Bill was very polite, and he actually was able to help me to resolve an issue I had rapidly and with great customer service. I appreciate Bill taking the time to not only listen to me, but then call me back to let me know that the issue was resolved. It made me feel heard, and I will continue to use tractor supply company for real for this reason.”
