Gregg (one of the owners) really helped my son and I out!!!! We needed a unique size mattress and Gregg had one in stock. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic deal!! I really recommend them and I will be definitely be back for my furnishings needs!!

Still waiting over 6 months for my bureau and still the runaround that they can't get it. Now that I want my money back you guys won't give it back. Getting in touch with the BBB and the state. I will not be denied a return on my money when you can't get the product. 2 weeks turned into half a year. UNACCEPTABLE!

They are crooks take your money then never deliver your order. It has been 6 months no dressier no call and when i went in he started yelling at me for wanting my money back worst place ever worst customer service ever should be run out of town

You will not find a better level of service than Weiss Furniture. I was casually shopping for a bedroom set in the middle of the pandemic. Most furniture stores had a 6 or longer month wait time but Greg and Mike found me a great set at a reasonable price. Half the pieces were already in the store and they were able to order the nightstand and dresser to arrive in a few weeks. I was very impressed being able to talk to the owners of the business instead of some schlocky sales person as you would find at most other places. They even went above and beyond by unwrapping and checking all the pieces before they were delivered to my house. The delivery went flawless, the service was great, and it all worked out fantastic. I will be buying all my future furniture from Greg & Mike at Weiss Furniture.

This place sells very poor quality furniture at high prices! Do yourself a favor go anywhere else and you’ll get better furniture at a better price!

I walked in not knowing which mattresses were good. This guy had the patience to explain every type. We walked out of there with a nice queen plush. It came out to a really good deal. We weren't even gonna buy it at the time. Even with my credit he got me approved through Anima. 3 weeks later and it has been the best home purchase I've made this year. I sleep great on it. Very honest and upfront. He was honest about the delivery times on everything too. We had to wait a little bit for the headboard. He's kept his word every part of the way. I hope I don't have to edit this. But our next mattress purchase will be thru Weiss sleep shop and furniture. Definitely check out his prices. They were much better than mattress firm which surprised me.

My wife and I are relationship people. While we've had the need for a new bed for some time, we hadn't pulled the trigger bc it wasnt a national calamity to sleep on the old bed. You see, we like doing business with people we know and like. So, we waited. One night on a cold Mystic winter night, we met Eric at a local bar. As it turned out he had several satisfied clients sitting next to him. Strange, right? When we mentioned our need for a matress, he was genuine, interested and thoughtful with his advice relating to our future sleeping aspirations! The mattress he sold us is superb!! My wife and I love it. We also bought the head/foot elevating device - never thought I would ever have one of those, much less enjoy it as much as I do. Eric's delivery guys were great and very polite. The moved our old frame to the basement and removed the old mattress. After the delivery, Eric even visited our home to check on us! He even shared his insights on some other projects we had in mind. Who does this in today's internet world??? We will be buying additional furniture from Eric, as we now feel like he is in our inner circle of Mystic relationships! Highly recommend. Put your trust in him and he will deliver!!

I ALWAYS have a great experience with Weiss furniture. Greg is great at selling his product, you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He not only sells to his customers but he educates them on how they are made as well as how to properly take care of them. The delivery was on time and the gentleman did a fantastic job making sure all of our furniture was moved in safely to my new home. We won't shop anywhere else for household furniture!

Liked the mattress, but wasn't ready to buy that day. Owner was not looking to have me walk out there without a purchase. Seemed to know a lot about his product, but he probably would have kept talking, trying every tactic for hours if I didn't just walk out of there. Probably would go back if the owner wasn't so... overbearing, bordering on harassing.
